Probabil ca hotelul MBI Travel Inn este cel mai recent hotel deschis din Craiova. Mobilierul este unul nou, standardizat in toate camerele hotelului, asa ca nu veti gasi camere care sa nu respecte standardul general. De asemenea suntem atenti la impactul asupra mediului, asa incat in fiecare camera de hotel, gunoiul menajer este selectiv recuperat iar apoi reciclat. Toate baile sunt foarte moderne si au cabine de dus cu hidromasaj. La parter exista receptie si un salon pentru mic dejun.
Lenjerii si prosoape albe, de buna calitate va asteapta de asemenea in fiecare camera.

RESERVATİON FROM AGODA
Hello, we made a reservation at the hotel called MBI Travel Inn on November 21 through your application. Our reservation; from AGODA Booking ID number: 400679995, Reference ID number: 4165839475. After booking the hotel, we tried to contact the hotel management many times. We sent them messages through e-mail and your application many times because we wanted to make a few changes, but we did not receive any response. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the hotel reception. There was only a phone number hanging on the wall. When we called that phone number, the person who answered the phone was sleepy and had just woken up. We told him to come downstairs and that we would check in to the hotel, but he said that he would not go down to the reception and would not take any action. We wanted to cancel the reservation because there was no one at the hotel, but the person on the phone said he would sleep and hung up on us. We also wanted to cancel the reservation through your application, but we could not cancel the reservation in any way and you withdrew our money from my card. We did not stay at the hotel that night. and we recorded videos and photographs showing that the reception was empty. I urgently request that my payment be reflected back on my card because there is a grievance. and there is a disgraceful hotel management. Please reflect my payment to my card as soon as possible.
